This Privacy Policy describes how FXAdTracker LLC ("FXAdTracker", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects data obtained through our platform, including advertising integrations such as Meta (Facebook) APIs and other connected services such as Telegram. This policy applies to data accessed via third-party advertising and messaging platform integrations. FXAdTracker may in the future integrate additional platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or others, and any new integrations will be covered under this same policy, following the same principles of client data protection and limited use.

1. Data We Access

When you connect your Facebook account via the FXAdTracker Facebook App and grant the required permissions, we may access:

• Ad accounts you manage or have access to
• Campaigns, ad sets, and ads associated with those ad accounts
• Performance and insights data (such as impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and related metrics)

We do not access personal Facebook profile data beyond what is required for authentication and authorization.

2. Purpose of Data Use

The accessed data is used exclusively to:

• Fetch advertising insights from Meta platforms
• Display analytics, reports, and historical performance data within the FXadTracker web dashboard
• Provide aggregated and visualized advertising performance metrics for analytical purposes

The App is not used for advertising, marketing, or resale of Facebook data.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Advertising data retrieved via the App is stored persistently on FXadTracker systems.

• Data remains stored even if you disconnect your Facebook account
• Disconnecting the App stops any future data fetching
• Previously collected data remains available for analytics and reporting

Deletion of stored Facebook data is performed only upon explicit user request. Requests must be sent to support@fxadtracker.com.

4. Data Sharing

FXadTracker does not share Facebook data with any third parties.

All accessed data is used solely within the FXadTracker platform and controlled by FXadTracker LLC.

5. User Control and Permissions

You may revoke the App’s access at any time via your Facebook account settings.

Upon revocation:

• No new data will be fetched from Meta
• Existing stored data will remain available unless deletion is requested

6. Cookies and Authentication

The FXadTracker web application uses cookies and similar technologies strictly for:

• User authentication
• Maintaining logged-in sessions

Cookies are not used for advertising or tracking across third-party websites.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

The Facebook App itself is free and does not process payments.

Access to the FXadTracker web dashboard requires an active subscription, which is managed entirely outside of Facebook and is not handled by the App.

8. Data Protection and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect stored data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

9. GDPR and EU Users

FXadTracker operates in the European Union and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

EU users have the right to:

• Request access to their stored data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of their data
• Withdraw consent at any time
